Mr. G.R. Narendra Reddy

Founder and CEO

Mr. G.R. Narendra is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Quest Technologies. He brings over 18.5 years of extensive experience in the IT industry and holds both an M.Sc. in Information Technology and an MBA. Throughout his career, Mr. Narendra has held key positions in more than five leading IT organizations, including his most recent role as a Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard (HP). In addition to his professional achievements, he is deeply passionate about farming and proudly comes from an agricultural background as the son of a farmer.

Mrs. Rashmi GR

Chief Human Resourse Manager (CHRM)

Rashmi G.R. is a B.E. graduate in Computer Science with six years of experience in the IT industry. Known for her collaborative and proactive work style, she plays a key role in fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment. Rashmi is passionate about transforming Human Resources—particularly staffing operations—into a dynamic, strategic function that drives business growth. Her leadership potential and contributions have earned consistent praise from both her supervisors and colleagues.
